Skin Food is a Korean brand, that has makeup and skin care products with more natural and organic ingredients. It is available on Ebay as well as Amazon. Good Afternoon is a relatively new line, in which five new BB creams were released, with different tea flavors for different skin types. The two I picked up were in Honey Black tea SPF 20 PA+ and Apple Cinnamon tea SPF 36 PA++. The shade range is limited, with only two available shades, shade 1 being the lighter one and shade 2 the darker one. I have both in shade 1. The packaging is cute, as you can see above, the box the BB cream tube comes in is shaped like a packet of tea. With the tube being simply packed, and convenient.
Good Afternoon Honey Black tea BB SPF 20 PA+ contains moisturizing honey and skin firming red tea extract to keep skin soft and supple.
Good Afternoon Apple Cinnamon tea BB SPF 36 PA++ contains skin-brightening apple and detoxifying cinnamon along with clinically proven skin lighteners to promote a more even and brighter skin tone.
The tube contains 30g and has very cute drawings on the tube front, depicting the flavor of the tea. I have been using the apple cinnamon one lately, because I'm combination skin, and its summer, so I don't need that much moisturizing. The consistency of both BB creams is similar, I do however feel that the honey black tea one is more moisturizing and hence slightly heavier. The apple cinnamon too though is moisturizing, but not as much. The smell of both is true to their name, and more truer for the honey black tea one. The honey black tea one has a strong scent of honey, but it disappears after 5-10 minutes of application. The apple cinnamon one is however mild, but does have a very faint smell of apples.
Though both of the BB creams are in the shade 1, they have a very slight difference in color. The apple cinnamon one being slightly more yellow than the honey black tea one (not sure if it's too visible in the swatches above). They are however a good match for my skin tone, despite the slight difference. Both are light to medium coverage and don't cover acne scars or under eye circles, but do even out my skin tone. They don't cling to dry patches and are moisturizing. The lasting power of both is decent as well.
Final verdict: Well, to be honest I've been using the apple cinnamon BB cream everyday since I got it. I absolutely love it and it's probably been the best drugstore BB cream I've used. I haven't used many though, other than the Garnier BB creams and the Rimmel Matte BB cream. It's moisturizing with enough coverage and decent lasting time. And is available at affordable prices, ranging from $5-11 on Ebay and Amazon.

L'oreal Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara - Review!
The mascara retails for $7-9 depending on where it's bought from, and is available at most drugstores, as well as the L'Oréal It comes in a variety of colors including blue and and purple. The one I have is in the shade blackest black. At first when I opened the mascara the product was slightly more runny, but within a few days it became normal and easy to use. It also clumped a little more when I just started using it. The mascara has a cone shaped 360 flexor brush to allow precise application. The flexor part looks like this:
To be honest, I don't know if I really like the whole brush turning thing. I think it's just a way to market the product, since it didn't really help me at all. Neither would the mascara wand really stay in any definite position, instead it kind of got lanky if anything. The cone shape though is nice, in separating lashes that might be clumping together, and also getting to the itsy bitsy lashes in the inner corners.
I have the non-waterproof version, since I find it too tiring and hard to remove waterproof mascaras on a daily basis. And about how much volume the mascara gives is quite a decent amount, it might not be too explosive sort but I think it's great for everyday and adding an extra coat really does boost the volume. I might not call it the best, but it's certainly one I frequently go back to and really like.
Overall, I really like the Miss Manga Mascara and is one I use on a daily basis. I hope the review was helpful! Which drugstore mascaras do you like or use? Please comment below. :)

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate Moss - 08 Review + Swatch!
Sorry I have been MIA lately, got caught up in University exams. But I will hopefully blog more regularly now *fingers crossed*. Today I'll be reviewing a Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in the shade 08. Now before I get to the detailed review I must say this is a beautiful rose colored lipstick that is a must have! It's a beautiful creamy lipstick, and yes Rimmel does produce some of the most amazing drugstore lipsticks.
Rimmel collabrated with Kate Moss to produce the Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks line, which has a different packaging than the original moisture renew line. It has rather a simple sleek black casing with Kate written on the top part of it and a heart. I picked up the shade 08, which is a muted rosy mauve shade and is great for everyday wear. The lipstick has a mild scent which is present in the entire lasting finish line.
The color is a mix of rose and mauve, which could be a mlbb (my lips but better shade) for some people. It's a color that I think can suit a great range of skin tones, because of it having a neutral undertone. It is also very pigmented, with great color payoff in one swatch. The lipstick gives a semi-matte with a slight sheen. I wouldn't call it moisturizing though, cause my lips tend to start drying a while after applying the lipstick. Which is why I apply lip balm prior to applying the lipstick.
Final Verdict:
I really like the color of the lipstick, and the creamy semi-matte finish as well. I would prefer if it was slightly more moisturizing, cause I tend to have dry lips. But I do think this color is a must have, and can suit a lot of skin tones.
It is available in most drugstores for $6-8 depending on where you buy it.

Rimmel BB Cream Matte SPF 15 - Review + Swatch!
I heard a lot about the Rimmel Matte BB cream, being probably the best drugstore BB cream. Which of course tempted me to try it out, especially since I hadn't found any BB cream to my liking. Not that I've tried a dozen, but I've tried few. And to me they'd either be too runny or too oily. The Rimmel BB cream retails for around $9-11 depending where you buy it from. And is available at most drugstores. It has three shades, very light, light and medium. I got the shade light, and I think it matches my skin quite well. Though maybe its cause its sheer so the shade doesn't make too much of a difference.
It's a very creamy formula, slightly runny too though. Provides more coverage than most BB creams I think. And has a light fresh floral smell to it. It has 1 Fl Oz/30 ml of product and has broad spectrum SPF 15 sunscreen. It's a 9-in-1 skin perfecting BB cream, which promises 9 things, 1) minimizes the appearance of pores 2) evens skin tone 3) mattifies 4) controls shine all day 5) smoothes 6) soothes 7) conceals dark circles 8) helps prevent blemishes 9) gives all day coverage.
Though it has sunscreen, I still apply sunscreen before using it. Cause where I live it's really hot, and you need a lot of protection from the sun. The application of this BB cream is quite smooth, but I don't really notice any difference in the appearance of my pores. Also, regardless of it's name being matte, it's not a flat out matte; which I actually like. Neither is it extremely oily like the Garnier BB cream. I do feel though it doesn't control the shine on my T Zone, for which I need to set it. The lasting power is nice too, but wears off after around 6-8 hours.
Final verdict, I actually like this BB cream a lot. It's not too oily, or too thick, but is a medium consistency. Lasts fairly long, and provides decent coverage. The only cons for me are that it doesn't hold shine too well, and I don't like how it spreads all over the cap. Other than that, great product!
